There were so many options when looking for apartments in downtown Chicago that I didn’t even know where to start. Not only did Lori Tait make it simple to decide what area would best fit me, she walked me through step by step selecting apartment features, amenities, and prioritizing what was essential for it to be a good fit. An experience that seemed beyond overwhelming at first, became enjoyable, exciting and most importantly successful. I have been in my apartment for two months now and have only grown to love it more. My favorite neighborhood right now would have to be the West Loop. There are so many new developments, really nice bars, and amazing restaurants all down Randolph Street and scattered all through the neighborhood. Some of the best, and well known restaurants in the city in my opinion are in West Loop. You are close to the hustle and bustle of the Loop, but there is also a neighborhood vibe as well, so you get the best of both worlds.
Downtown Apartment Company has the most helpful, knowledgeable and supportive team members I’ve ever worked with. Everyone wants to help everyone, and they are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients and others on the team.
