I don’t write many reviews but after working Quentin Green over the past couple weeks, I had to give a positive review. Coming from out of town I didn’t know many parts of Chicago but Quentin was extremely patient and easy to get in touch with. He did a great job of listening to what I was looking for and setting up showings and, more importantly, giving his candid thoughts on several of the buildings as well. I was skeptical of using a broker, especially since I never used one before, but if you are looking for a home in Chicago I would highly recommend Quentin and the Downtown Apartment Company as a first step.
