Coeval luxury apartments, located at 14th and Wabash, are new rentals in the South Loop.
The pair of towers will have a combined total of 261 luxury units, 95 parking spots, both indoor and outdoor resident amenities, and retail space in both buildings. Units will range in size and include studios, 1 beds, including some with guest half baths, and 2 bed layouts.
The two towers were designed by Chicago-based architecture firm, Pappageorge Haymes Partners and will be managed by Greystar. Developer, CMK Companies, purchased the parcel in 2017 and broke ground the following Spring. CMK has several other notable, recent South Loop developments. 1345 South Wabash, a 16-story condo building, half of the massive 8-acre Riverline project, and 1333 South Wabash, a 28-story apartment rental building just up the block from Coeval, have all been CMK developments.
The prime South Loop location is just blocks to the lake front as well as three major grocery stores, night life, shopping, public transportation, and public green space. These pet friendly apartments are also just steps from multiple dog parks, including Grant Bark dog park at Grant Park.
