The article also discussed how Ben and the DAC leadership develop agents by running through problem solving exercises. “Regardless of whether they give the right answer, they’ve learned something valuable through the thought process.” He emphasized the importance of putting your team first, being humble, and preparing your team for a range of situations, as well as having a team with diverse skill sets and knowing how to play to everyone’s strengths.
